Alexandria, VA (June 11, 2015) – Our very own Rhonda Gaydos is leading a training course at the American Conference Institute’s DCAA & DCMA Audit and Compliance Boot Camp. In July, Rhonda will lead a class focusing on “A Complete Guide on Mastering Ins and Outs of Contract Closeouts.” The session provides attending CPAs with continuing education credits and helps them to better understand the complexities of closing out contracts and meeting the strict DCAA and ACO requirements. Contract closeouts represent the final phase of a deliverable, generating the final invoices and resolving any residual billing issues. During the past several years, Rhonda has helped TATE to finalize our DoD contracts dating back to 2007. With more than twenty years of experience in government contracting, Rhonda is making her mark as an industry expert in this area.

TATE, in conjunction with its partners, D3 Engineering and Epic Manufacturing, received a five-year contract.

Alexandria, VA (January 2, 2015) – We are pleased to announce the acquisition of TATE, Incorporated by CENTRA Technology, Inc.  The transaction expands CENTRA’s training and technical solutions for high-risk personnel of the United States Military, Intelligence, Law Enforcement and Diplomatic communities.  Following the acquisition, TATE will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of CENTRA and will continue to be led by its founder and senior management team.   TATE’s name and business operations remain intact.

This acquisition is another significant milestone in the growth of CENTRA, further leveraging the capabilities of CENTRA’s subsidiaries: Courage Services, Strategic Solutions Unlimited, Delta Bridge, and now TATE, to make significant contributions to the National Security community.

Alexandria, VA (January 1, 2014) – TATE, Incorporated announces the integration of FiscalNote (Bethesda, MD) into its comprehensive government affairs strategy.  TATE, a mid-sized defense contractor, is the market leader in providing the U.S. government with training related to personnel recovery.  FiscalNote provides real-time updates on all motions, amendments, committee votes, filings and sponsorships within state legislatures and city halls.  Their smart queries help businesses understand legislation and perform analysis on trends related to their industry.

TATE plans to utilize the software as it tracks expanding opportunities with other government agencies.  David Ayres, the president of TATE, states, “We are excited about adding this analytical suite to our review of future opportunities.  As we fine tune our federal relations agenda and plans for pursuing new government contracts, FiscalNote will be a key component.”  TATE has spent the past several years tracking the legislative cycles in concert with their business developmental efforts and FiscalNote is expected to both streamline the process and enhance the return on the company’s investment in new contracts.

TATE, Incorporated, founded in 1994, focuses exclusively on training high-risk personnel in a broad range of disciplines and has office locations in North Carolina, Virginia, Washington State, Central and South America and Italy.
